Rosemont-based Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers, negotiated a 91,956-square-foot lease on behalf of Nova Medical Products at 410 Smoke Tree Plaza, North Aurora.
Construction on the new class A industrial facility is set to finish in Q2 2024. It is located in the Park 88 Logistics Center with immediate access to Interstate 88 via Route 31. Relocating from McCook, Nova will occupy 55% of the 165,928-square-foot building in a long-term lease.
