To achieve SuperNOVA status, you will need to complete all four of the following requirements:
Offer NOVA Product Categories
- Canes
- Rollator Walkers
- Transport Chairs
- Bathroom Safety
- Cushion
NOVA MVPs on Staff
A minimum of two (2) staff members must complete the NOVA MVP training program
Support NOVA’s Warranty, Service, and Repair Program
Provide warranty, service, and basic repairs for NOVA products
Engaging Retail Space
Establish an engaging retail store experience based on education, empathy, and empowerment
